Most of our lecturers are professionals from PwC Serbia and/or the region who, as part of their every-day activities, provide auditing services, tax services, finance services, as well as business and legal advisory services. Miro presently holds a position of a Senior Manager responsible for managing PwC’s Academy in Serbia.He is a professional Manager with over 18 years of experience in providing services within corporate, private and non-governmental sectors.
With a BSBA in Management accreditedby the prestigious City University, College of Management, Bellevue, (USA) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (USA).
He is an experienced Project Manager with acknowledged expertise in the modalities of Project Cycle Management techniques and EC Guidelines for the implementation of technical assistance projects.
In the past he was working in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe where he has gained a reputation for the quality of his management, organization and leadership of international, inter-disciplinary project teams on both private sector and donor funded development projects.
He delivered large number of project management and other management skills training in central and eastern Europe and EU countries.
Being a recognized expert in the field of Project Management, he is responsible for delivering the Project Management training.
Edin is a Senior Management Consultant and a Trainer at PwC’s Academy with extensive experience gained in both the profit and non-profit sectors providing services to multinational companies, small and medium sized enterprises, government departments and agencies and engaging himself in EU funded projects. The extensive experience Edin has gained includes designing and delivering training programs in areas of business strategy, strategic human resource management, marketing and CSR strategies, entrepreneurship, innovation and personal effectiveness (leadership, team work, communication, critical thinking, and preventing the burnout syndrome).
Edin holds diplomas from respectable business schools and institutes in the UK such as the University of Sheffield Management School (Executive MBA programme), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Institue of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Consulting (IC) which helped him boost his career prospects and update his professional experience.
Edin experience background includes seeking creating and implementing various initiatives within both the profit and non-profit organisations and industry sectors such as the telecommunications, FMCG, public relations, IT, steel industry, rubber industry, textile industry, education, pharmaceuticals, publishing and healthcare sectors.
Edin is visiting lecturer on MBA programme of Grenoble Graduate School of Business.
During 10 years of her professional career in PwC, Milana has been advising international and local clients on HR management and personnel development.
She is responsible for specialist input to external and internal client service, grounded in psychology.

Milana designed and delivered trainings in the areas of communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, managerial coaching, leading teams, problem solving and action planning, stress management, as well as combined packages for management and leadership skills.
Besides in separate training solutions, she was involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of the entire management development programmes.
Milana coached middle and senior managers from both domestic and international companies. Her approach to coaching incorporates three groups of activities - assessment, challenge and support, which optimally serve leadership development.
Milana is a PhD candidate in Psychology, a certified Coach of Centre for Coaching in London, and a member of a Research group in European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She is a CIPD tutor for their programme Certificate in Learning and Development Practice (CLDP). Milana was trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Coaching (REBT and REBC).
Dr. Constantine Kiritsis is Curriculum Development Expert for PwC’s Academy in Serbia, consultant & Professional Trainer for PwC in the CEE (for ACCA, CIMA, CIA) as well as Part Time Lecturer for the American College of Greece (MBA). He has extensive experience in education and professional training, as former Head of PwC Academy in Greece and by setting up Globaltraining in the late 1990’s in Greece and serving as a Partner & Executive Director for close to a decade. He is also the founder and Managing Director of StudySmart.gr®, a company offering Professional training and information on education, educational systems on a global scale, certifications, and founder and president of the non-organization named Teachers Without Borders Greece.
He is the author of the only educational guide offered in Greece since 2004. He is considered as one of the leading experts in education and training in Europe having launched, set up, written and participated in numerous activities relating to vocational, professional and academic education. He has been an active speaker on educational and business development issues in over 100 events in the past decade and has written extensively on the topic of education through his own writings. His knowledge areas spans from general education to developing programmes, vocational education and training (VET), Professional qualifications (PQs) and teaching topics such as Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Business Planning and HR (for the University of Surrey (UK), University of Strathclyde MBA (UK), Henley Management School MBA (currently University of Reading UK), University of Nicosia (CY) and PwC Academies in Europe.
Nemanja is finance manager of international company in Serbia. As a lecturer he held large number of seminars on topics of finance, accounting and IFRS.
Nemanja Djerkovic is finance manager of company Eaton Electric d.o.o.
Previously he held position of Senior Associate in Audit in PwC office in Belgrade. Since beginning of his career Nemanja was engaged on projects of audit for publ;ic companies, private companies as well as on the projects of providing services to governmental institutions and non-governmental organisations.
Since launch of PwC’s Academy in Serbia, Nemanja was involved as lecturer on the topics of IFRS, finance for non-finance, as well as on other finance and accounting related topics.
He graduated on Economics Faculty of Belgrade University and is in the final stage of obtaining ACCA qualification.
Saša holds the position of a Manager of PwC Belgrade Assurance Services Department and has 10 years of professional working experience, out of which seven years in providing audit and other professional services to banks and other financial institutions as well as to the companies operating within different industries.
He is responsible for planning the audit closing procedures through overall assessment of audit risks, review of internal controls and IT systems of the clients by understanding their operations and business environment.
Being an Engagement Manager and Team Leader for numerous audits, Saša gained extensive experience in providing professional services to financial services sector.
Within PwC Training Academy Saša prepared and held number open seminars organized by PwC and delivered training programs to employees of many companies and financial institutions in Serbia and in Montenegro. Saša is also a member of the team of lecturers responsible for internal trainings of PwC employees in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
Saša is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Certified Auditor of the Republic of Serbia with a license.
His client portfolio includes companies reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards and in addition to Serbian GAAP. During sic years with PwC, he has been Manager on the audit projects for the largest companies in Serbia.
During 2006 and 2007 he was seconded to PricewaterhouseCoopers Moscow, Russia where he provided services to some of the most significant clients of our Russian office. He was involved in financial statement consolidation of a Siberian Oil Company.
Within PwC Training Academy he provided finance training services to target employees of many local and international companies in Serbia. He is the trainer in the areas of financial skills such as IFS/IFRS, Finance for Non-Finance etc. Milivoje provided trainings within Training Academy in Serbia and Montenegro.
Milivoje holds diploma in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Jovana is a Senior Manager and she has been with PwC since February 2002.
Jovana has vast experience in tax consulting: advising multinationals on (direct and indirect) tax consequences of their activities. She has been involved in a number of projects (due diligences, tax reviews, and complex tax issues) for foreign clients in Serbia and in Montenegro.
She also has a significant experience in expatriate employment and individual tax: advising on issues specific for immigration, expatriate employment and taxation and social security contributions.
Within Training Academy, Jovana is responsible for delivering different trainings related to tax.
Jovana holds degree of Economic Faculty in Belgrade and she is one of the founders of Serbian Fiscal Association (branch of International Fiscal Association).
Dragan advises clients on in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro in all areas of corporate income taxation, VAT and personal income taxation.
Dragan has extensive experience in tax structuring of inbound investment in the region. He gained thorough understanding of local tax practices and issues by participating in tax audit and review teams in various industries. He was also key tax team member on numerous due diligences during the privatization process in Serbia.
Besides the on-going consulting services, he also assists clients in resolving complex tax compliance issues. Within Training Academy, he delivers training related to tax issues.
During 2008 Dragan was seconded to PwC Ireland as a member of international Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Team advising leading private equity houses.
Tanja is in charge of the Transaction Services and Corporate Finance. She is Technology, Information and Communication (TICE) industrial group Regional Leader in the South East Europe.
She has more than 12 years of professional experience in providing advisory and audit services to large local and international enterprises, banks and insurance companies. She is responsible for the business development and the delivery of the advisory services primarily relating to mergers and acquisitions, but also experienced in providing other financial advisory services.
As a team leader Tanja participated in numerous due diligence and audit assignments and restructuring projects in Serbia, Republic of Srpska and Montenegro. She has been involved in several buy side and sell side financial due diligence assignments from the first days of the privatization process in Serbia.
Within Training Academy Tanja is responsible for Finance for Non-Finance Managers training as well as for other trainings relevant to business consultancy.
Tanja holds a Master Degree in Economics (Banking, Finance & Insurance) and is a member of the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
