Pilar has over 20 years of experience in different management roles, which she has gained in various international settings. She studied and worked in numerous countries in Europe, as well as in the USA and Japan. She began her professional career as a journalist in France, but after moving to Croatia a new chapter in her life started as she put work in sales with different international companies at the centre of her life. As her career progressed, she accessed positions of power and authority. She became Sales Director in one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Croatia. Later on, she took up the role of a client relationship manager in a leading hospitality company in Croatia and led corporate sales at one of the leading foreign language centres.
She currently works as professional executive and team coach, mentor and consultant. She is an ICF member.
Joanna’s educational background is engineering. She held various positions and roles in Operations and Retail Sales departments of numerous companies over a ten years period. Her job roles and responsibilities included implementing and supervising safety standards, debt collection, customer service, change management with a focus on changing the organizational culture, attitudes, corporate values, motivation systems and work habits. As coach and coaching trainer, Joanna worked with numerous organisations within different industry sectors. She is a co-author of a Coach Couching Curriculum, and couch at both the Polish School of Coaching and the Polish School of Team Coaching. She is an ICF assessor engaged in mentoring and preparing coaches for applying for ACC and PCC ICF credentials. In 2022, she held the position of Director of the ICF branch in Krakow.
