Milana is a Trainer and a Consultant in PwC’s Academy in Serbia. She is a member of PwC Regional Coaching team that provides developmental support for PwC`s managers and talents. She acts as a senior advisor for PwC Human Capital team in Serbia.
During 11 years of her professional career in PwC, Milana has been advising international and local clients on HR management and personnel development.
Her consulting work covered wide area of HR and development topics: recruitment and selection, reward management, organisational analysis, learning and development, outplacement services, HR controlling and benchmarking.
She is responsible for specialist input to external and internal client service, grounded in psychology.
She is a CIPD approved tutor for their programmes: Certificate in HR Management (Intermediate level) and Certificate in Learning and Development Practice (Foundation level).

Milana designed and delivered trainings in the areas of HR management, communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, managerial coaching, leading teams, problem solving and action planning, stress management, as well as combined packages for management and leadership skills.
Besides in separate training solutions, she was involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of the entire management development programmes.
Milana coached middle and senior managers from both domestic and international companies. Her approach to coaching incorporates three groups of activities - assessment, challenge and support, which optimally serve leadership development.
Milana is a PhD candidate in Psychology, a certified Coach of Centre for Coaching in London, and a member of a Research group in European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Milana was trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Coaching (REBT and REBC).
