PRINCE2® Practitioner

PRINCE2 project management method (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is one of the most well-known project management certifications. The PRINCE2 Practitioner is an advanced certificate of the PRINCE2 project management methodology and it provides a superior level of understanding of the the project management method. This globally recognised certification proves that you have knowledge, skills and abilities to apply PRINCE2 method in a wide range of different project types.
The Practitioner level extends acquired knowledge at Foundation level and helps you to build skills needed in everyday project management practice.

Course details

During the 2-day training, you will learn how to apply the PRINCE2 methodology to the project management environment based on the specific needs required by different projects. By completing the course, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of the interactions between principles, processes and topics in the project environment.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification is suitable for individuals who want to demonstrate they have achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and use the PRINCE2 methodology in various situations throughout the project lifecycle. 

 

In order to obtain the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification, it is necessary to provide proof that one of the following certifications has been successfully completed: 

  • PRINCE2® Foundation,

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®),

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®),

  • IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director),

  • IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager),

  • IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager),

  • IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate).

 

After completing this course, you will be ready to pass the final exam. After passing the exam you receive an internationally recognised PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate. 

Róbert Srnka, FCCA, PMP

Robert Srnka is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is an internationally licensed trainer in PM. He is an experienced tutor with over 20 years of experience in managing a wide variety of projects including IT implementations, BPR and audits. He delivers professional and other management skills training in CEE and EU countries.
