PRINCE2 is a globally recognised project management methodology widely utilised by multinational organisations, enterprises of all sizes and by individuals across the world. This well-renowned methodology will equip you with essential knowledge and skills needed for successfully leading, managing and developing projects. During the training, you will learn to master PRINCE2 principles, processes and terminology that can be applied to large and small projects in various industries. Course details

PRINCE2 Foundation is a 3-day training programme designed to foster your project management skillset and to introduce you to the methodology that will provide you with a structured approach to deliver successful projects regardless of their type or size.

PRINCE2® Foundation is suitable for anyone who wants to participate directly or indirectly on a successful implementation of projects. The course is suitable especially for: 

  • junior and senior project managers,
  • managers responsible for the implementation of strategic goals,
  • project members including contractors,
  • consultants who implement a new methodology (principles of the project management).

 

Previous experience in project management is a plus and it supports the understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology, but it is not a condition.
There are no special entrance requirements for this course. The training is open to anyone who is interested in learning to manage methodically large or small projects.

 

After completing this course you will be ready to pass the final exam. After passing the exam you receive an internationally recognised PRINCE2 Foundation certificate. 

The PRINCE2 Foundation is a prerequisite for achieving the PRINCE2 Practitioner or the PRINCE2 Agile certification.

 

Róbert Srnka, FCCA, PMP

Robert Srnka is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is an internationally licensed trainer in PM. He is an experienced tutor with over 20 years of experience in managing a wide variety of projects including IT implementations, BPR and audits. He delivers professional and other management skills training in CEE and EU countries.
