What will you study? 

You will hone your people management knowledge. You will focus on real-life scenarios, acquiring the core behaviours derived from the CIPD’s new Profession Map, which is based on the cumulative insights of thousands of experts.
 

Programme structure

  • The 12-month programme comprises workshops (11 teaching days) and a blend of other learning activities.
  • You will need to complete written research assignments for assessment during the programme.
  • The training modules are run at PwC’s Academy premises or online.
  • The training will be delivered in English.

The workshops are led by PwC professionals, who are accredited and have excellent training skills and extensive experience in introducing HR topics and their practical application. During the programme, you will receive study materials developed by CIPD and PwC experts and full support from the tutors.
