PayWell Report is an important tool that helps companies wishing to recruit, retain and motivate high-quality staff.
The PayWell salary survey report presents detailed salary statistics of the analyzed job. The following information will be presented:
- Gross Base Pay as monthly and annually values;
- Guaranteed Pay (i.e. monthly salary + fixed bonuses) as monthly and annually values;
- Variable Pay (performance bonuses and/ or sales commissions) as monthly and annually values;
- Total Pay (monthly salary x 12 + fixed bonuses + variable bonuses) as monthly and annually values;
- Total Reward (monthly salary x 12 + fixed bonuses + variable bonuses + benefits) as monthly and annually values;
- Information on the number of job holders and the number of companies which provided data for each job position;
- Benefits value per year for every job position;
- Car value (total acquisition price).
Salary data will be presented as mean, median, lower and upper quartiles, 10 and 90 percentiles in accordance with confidentiality rules.

Job Report
Job report presents detailed salary overview for each job positions separately. The analysis is provided for the whole market and for each sector separately and it includes region filtered statistics (Belgrade, Vojvodina, rest of Serbia) as well as job variation statistics (+/-). Individual Report
Individual Report is interactive sector report which presents comparative overview of survey participant salary statistics with salary statistics from the relevant industry group. Report results are presented in several different forms.
Bulk Report
Bulk Report enables simultaneous salary benchmarking of all positions. This report package includes four types of reports which present salary statistics for base pay and total pay and for monthly and annually values. The analysis is provided for the whole market and for each sector separately.
Grade report
Grade report enables access to salary statistics based on PayWell grades. The analysis is provided for the whole market and for each sector separately. Region filtered statistics: Belgrade, Vojvodina, rest of Serbia and job variation statistics (+/-) are included.
Customized report
Customized report presents a tool that allows you to choose at least 3 peers from the list of participant companies and to generate report that will include only their data (Peer group report).
