Our PMP training is based on RMC’s method – the world’s standard for study materials and exam preparation. The PMP exam is based on the PMP Examination Content Outline, which describes tasks (underlying responsibilities of the project manager within each domain area) in three performance domains (high-level knowledge area that is essential to the practice of project management). Predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches will be found throughout the three domain areas and their task statements below. |
