Dragan becomes a Partner in TLS Serbia and Montenegro, leading Direct Tax, International Tax Services and M&A.

He will grow and transform these business segments by focusing on key clients,, developing new services and increasing operational efficiency. Dragan will also be a relationship Partner focusing on IT, real estate and energy sectors. 

He has nearly 18 years of experience managing large and complex international and regional taxation projects.

Dragan has a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Belgrade. He is the Chairman of the Taxation Committee of the Foreign Investors Council in Serbia, and a member of the Management Board of the Serbian Fiscal Association.
