Nikola, one of such leaders, will serve as a Core Assurance Partner in Serbia, where he will continue managing a diverse audit portfolio of clients, enhancing our audit capabilities in the region and expanding our market presence.
He has been a pivotal figure in various transformation initiatives, including full implementation of the Workforce of the Future model, transforming our audit practice, and setting the foundation for future growth. His efforts in pushing technological innovations and alternative delivery models have enhanced operational efficiency and established new benchmarks for our Assurance business. Additionally, with a strong background in Financial Services, Nikola will streamline and enhance service delivery for local FS clients, further leveraging his expertise in this domain.
His leadership and contribution to growth spreads also to the ESG domain, the area in which he has been driving various initiatives, including the establishment of CSRD Hub in Serbia, which is poised for significant expansion.
Nikola graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Belgrade. He began his career as an auditor in 2007 and joined PwC in 2016. He is a member of ACCA and a licensed auditor in both Serbia and Montenegro.
